1 Preparing for your journey

Just like before in Part 5, the following video is a guided journey and as before I want you to get the most from it.

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and gently breath deeply through your nose, all the way down into your belly. Every time you breathe out imagine you are letting go of anything you no longer need, thoughts, ideas, feelings… let them all go. Every time you breathe in you are breathing in fresh energy, becoming more balanced. Allow the in breath to match the duration of the out breath so that the two parts of your breath become balanced, creating a deeper harmony in your body. When you are ready, open your eyes and start listening to and watch the video below. Simply notice whatever you notice and whatever comes up is fine. I’m curious to know what you are going to experience and what your intuition will reveal.
