1 Preparing for your journey

The video below is another guided journey and as before it is important that you become centered and relaxed before watching it.

Sitting comfortably, you can close your eyes, and remember how it felt before when you gently took slow, intentional deep breaths from your nose all the way down into the base of your belly. Breathing in a balanced way, creating more neutrality and harmony within.
Now As you watch the video, allow your intuition to understand the meaning between the words.
