1 Preparing for a Journey

The video below is a guided journey and I want you to get the most from it so please take a moment, because the more relaxed you are then the more you can hear the meaning in the words of the video. 

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and gently breath deeply through your nose, all the way down into your belly. Every time you breathe out imagine you are letting go of anything you no longer need, thoughts, ideas, feelings… let them all go. Every time you breathe in you are breathing in fresh energy, becoming more balanced. When you are ready, open your eyes and start listening to and watch the video below. Simply notice whatever you notice and whatever comes up is fine. I’m curious to know what you are going to experience and what your intuition will reveal.
