Purchasers will have the option to refund their programme within 7 days of purchase if they are not 100% satisfied. Refunds must be requested in writing via email. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit, received back to the account, or another format of the programme, such as an exchange. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be deposited. Exchanges take the normal shipping time from processing time to delivery (see Payment Flow & Delivery Policy).
If the purchaser buys the online version and quickly realizes that they would best benefit from the DVD version, the purchaser can return their programme via the website, and add the additional DVD programme. This will result in a charge slightly higher, since the DVD costs more than the online version. The reverse is also true for exchanging the DVD version for the online version. Since the initial purchase will be refunded and then the cost of the current programme will be added, the difference in price will only be the difference from one programme to the other.
Refunds are issued within one (1) to thirty (30) days of the initial request. Payment by credit card will be refunded within 1-5 days. All other types of payment may take up to the maximum of thirty (30) days, but usually are refunded within ten (10) days of the initial request.
Partial refunds are not given for this product.
If the purchaser decides they do not want the product, then they must cancel the order prior to it being processed. This processing time usually last between 24 hours and 2 days. Once the order is processed, the purchaser cannot cancel the order. They must wait until the order is received, then request a refund for the product.
